If you've ever listened to The Beatles' 1964 hit "I Feel Fine," you may be surprised to learn that John Lennon recorded the main riff of the song with an early 60's Gibson J-160E.
 
In fact, much of The Beatles' early catalogue feature the model. As a tribute to its legacy, in 1999 and continuing in 2000, Gibson released the Limited Edition J-160E John Lennon signature, this particular instrument being the 452nd made out of 550 in the year 2000.
 
Faithfully built to the original model's specs, this guitar features a 24 3/4" scale length, ladder-braced spruce top, and most notably, the original soundhole-mounted single-coil pickup.
 
This instrument comes with its original hardshell case and certificate of authenticity (COA).
